* WHERE...Northeast Johnson County, Southeast Bighorn Basin, and
North Bighorn Basin, including Lovell, Greybull, Worland and

* WHEN...From 3 AM through 9 AM Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

FREEZE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING

Hood River County, OR

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures of 28 to 32 degrees possible.

* WHERE...Upper Hood River Valley.

* WHEN...From late Monday night through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Probabilities for temperatures at or below 32
degrees range between 50-90%. Probabilities for temperatures of 28
degrees or colder range between 5-35%. These probabilities are
highest in the Parkdale area and lowest in Odell.

...PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
drip slowly.

Take steps now to protect tender outdoor plants from the cold.
Consider temporarily moving outdoor potted plants indoors if they
are sensitive to cold temperatures.

* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, west winds 25 to 35 mph with
gusts up to 65 mph expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 27 possible.

* WHERE...Central Laramie Range and Southwest Platte County.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 6 PM MDT this evening. For
the Freeze Watch, late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including
campers and tractor trailers.
Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive
vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

...PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected or
occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 MPH or gusts of 58

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, from 6 AM this morning to 6 PM
MDT this evening. For the Freeze Watch, late tonight.
